- Traditional charcoal-roasting craft — the fire driven deep into the leaf, the fragrance settled and steady.

- 100°C, boiling water
- Brewing
- Brew with boiling water; pour out the first two infusions immediately, then extend each by 5–10 seconds. Suggested: 110ml white porcelain gaiwan, 5g of tea.
