TASTING
A pure sweet aroma, with a note of honeyed sweet potato.

Sweet and mellow, full-bodied; holds to many infusions, with a long finish.
Dachigan is picked as one bud and three leaves — sturdier than xiaochigan, fuller in sweet mellowness, thicker in the liquor. The foundation of Tongmu zhengshan shows most clearly in the sweetness after ten infusions.
