TASTING
A clear honeyed sweetness, with a whisper of flowers.

Sweet and smooth on entry, soft in body, still sweet as it cools.
Jinjunmei is a resonant name in Tongmu black tea. Batch No.4 takes the honey route: sweet without cloying, a golden-bright liquor, smooth on entry — priced by the jin by the workshop, bringing this craft one step closer.
Golden tips fully shown, the honey fragrance arriving first. The first infusion settles its honey into the liquor; the second alternates caramel with floral and fruit notes. At the end, a faint longan sweetness in the bottom of the cup.
Honeyed sweetness on entry, a body soft and full. After two infusions, floral and fruit notes surface in rich layers. The finish: a long returning sweetness, a clear moistness at the throat, longan and candied jujube lingering in the cup.
