TASTING

Fragrance opening layer by layer: clean at first, chestnut through the middle.

Lasting Sweet Longjing (75g Single Tin)

A lasting sweetness, finish remaining after ten infusions, the leaf bottom intact and supple.

Selected buds from tea trees over thirty years old, each leaf full of late spring's essence. A lifted clean fragrance at first, turning to a mature chestnut note through the middle, a lasting sweetness at the end — from the first sip to the tenth, fragrance and sweetness build layer by layer.

AROMAAroma

A lifted clean fragrance at first, turning to a mature chestnut note through the middle; the aroma opens layer by layer with the inner strength of old trees; a sweet scent holds at the cup's base.

TASTETaste

Sweet on entry, its layers moving from clean fragrance to chestnut; a full liquor, the leaf bottom intact and supple; finish remaining after ten infusions — the sweetness never drops.

Brewing
Glass or white porcelain gaiwan, 3g of tea. Water at 85–90°C (boiling water left to cool, lid off, for about a minute); pour the water first, then the tea. Wait for the buds to unfurl, one to two minutes, and drink; refill when one third remains — fresh and brisk, without bitterness.
