TASTING

Freshness overflowing; a liquor clear and luminous.

Clear, Fresh-Fragrant Longjing (75g Single Tin)

Like eating fresh bamboo shoots — bracingly clean, returning sweetness welling up like a spring.

Very-early pre-Qingming buds, polyphenols and amino acids in just the right proportion; pan-fired at the lightest heat, the natural freshness kept whole. A liquor clear and luminous, bud tips standing upright, freshness overflowing like eating young bamboo shoots — for those who chase the extreme of freshness.

AROMAAroma

The dry leaf is tender with a downy note; once brewed, freshness overflows — the scent of spring bamboo shoots just breaking ground; a fresh base at the cup, its fragrance brief yet immaculately clean.

TASTETaste

On entry like fresh bamboo shoots, bracingly clean; fresh without thinness, every note in proportion; returning sweetness wells up like mountain spring water, the finish cool and moist.

Brewing
Glass or white porcelain gaiwan, 3g of tea. Water at 85–90°C (boiling water left to cool, lid off, for about a minute); pour the water first, then the tea. Wait for the buds to unfurl, one to two minutes, and drink; refill when one third remains — fresh and brisk, without bitterness.
