TASTING

A clean fragrance unfolding, layer upon layer, in the mouth.

Fresh-Crisp, Returning-Sweet Longjing (75g Single Tin)

It opens fresh, closes on returning sweetness, and still resonates at ten infusions.

Buds selected from tea trees over thirty years old, their polyphenols, amino acids and aroma compounds in balance. The first sip fresh and direct, the second blossoming clean, the third raising a returning sweetness slowly — resonance even at ten infusions: the richest layering of the range.

AROMAAroma

The first infusion's clean fragrance goes straight in, fresh and lively to the warm nose; after two infusions the aroma unfolds layer upon layer in the mouth; at the cup's base, a clean, sweet scent of returning sweetness that lasts.

TASTETaste

The first sip fresh and direct, the second blossoming clean, the third raising a returning sweetness slowly; balanced in substance, still resonant at ten infusions; the richest layering of the range.
