TASTING
Cassia and floral-fruit aromas in balance, the air of it clean.

A round liquor, yan rhyme beginning to show, sweetness and moisture together.
Bishiyan is a zhengyan plot, its rock walls deep green-black, its sun moderate. The rougui from here is balanced — cassia and floral-fruit in equal measure, yan rhyme clear. Where aroma types give way to terroir, this is the start.
Cassia and floral-fruit in equal measure, a balanced profile; clean and fresh on the first warm sniff, a hint of the rock walls' clear air beneath. The empty cup keeps a clean fragrance.
Round on the palate, spice and sweetness in balance; yan rhyme beginning to show without pressing, sweetness and moisture together. From aroma type to terroir, this cup is a clear starting point.
