TASTING
Clear, bright florals over a faint cassia-bark base.
Spice and sweetness in balance, flowers in the liquor, a clean finish.
On top of the cassia-bark scent, the florals are made the lead. The tin opens on a rush of floral scent; spice and sweetness alternate on the palate, the "fierceness" of rougui softened by the flowers — a middle register with aroma and cultivar character both intact.
The tin opens on a rush of floral scent, clear and bright; a faint cassia-bark base keeps the florals from drifting; the empty cup holds mostly flowers, finishing sweet and clean.
