TASTING
Restrained aroma, more bone than scent.

The yan rhyme echoes at the back of the throat; the returning sweetness lasts.
Yan rhyme is the echo of "rock bone" at the back of the throat after the liquor goes down — hard to describe, easy to taste. This tea places the yan rhyme before the fragrance: bone first, scent after; that is the order of zhengyan.
Restrained aroma, more bone than scent; smelled hot, the cassia note is steady while florals and fruit nearly withdraw; the empty cup holds a fragrance quiet but lasting.
After swallowing, the yan rhyme echoes at the back of the throat — hard to describe, easy to taste; the returning sweetness lasts, the liquor thick with bone; bone first, scent after — the order of zhengyan.
