TASTING

A light, elegant fragrance with a clear tender-leaf note.

First Pick Pre-order · Anji White Tea, Pre-Qingming Supreme 250g Gift Box

Fresh as spring water, returning a clean sweetness.

Anji White Tea is named a white tea but is in fact a green tea — cold spring nights turn the leaves jade-white, and its amino-acid content runs far above ordinary green tea. The pre-Qingming first pick is fresh as spring water, returning a clean sweetness: a living footnote to the word 'fresh'.

AROMAAroma

Dry leaf jade-white with a hint of green, its tender fragrance light and elegant; opened in water, a clean scent of spring grass and young beans, fresh and luminous; the empty cup holds a faint fragrance, like a bamboo grove after rain.

TASTETaste

Fresh as spring water — the savour from its amino acids runs far above ordinary green tea; returning sweetness clean and sweet, a liquor light yet never thin — a living footnote to the word 'fresh'.
