TASTING

Clean, fresh downy fragrance — plain, quiet, unhurried.

First Pick Pre-order · Fuding Diantou Silver Needle, Supreme 500g Gift Box

A pale apricot liquor, sweet, soft, and rounded.

Baihao Yinzhen takes only the first round of single buds of spring, unfired and unrolled, finished by withering in sunlight. First-pick Supreme buds are plump, their downy fragrance clean and fresh, the liquor a pale apricot — three years of age makes it a medicine, ten years a treasure; and this cup, right now, is spring itself.

AROMAAroma

A clean, fresh downy fragrance — the scent of bud fuzz awakened by hot water; the first infusion plain and quiet, from the second on the downy note turning sweet; a lingering fragrance left in the empty cup.

TASTETaste

Liquor a pale apricot, sweet, soft, and rounded; no firing, no rolling — all its flavour gathered slowly under the sun; almost no bite on entry, sweet and mellow as rice water.
