TASTING

A sweet, elegant fragrance — tender as dew.

First Pick Pre-order · Mengding Ganlu, Pre-Qingming First Pick, Supreme, 250g Gift Box

Fresh, tender, and brisk, with a gentle returning sweetness.

Mengding Ganlu is one of China's earliest famed teas; the name Ganlu — sweet dew — comes from the auspicious Han-dynasty omen of sweet dew falling upon all lands. The pre-Qingming first pick is tightly curled and rich in down, tender as dew itself, its sweet fragrance clean and elegant — the first cup of green tea should be this tender.

AROMAAroma

A sweet, elegant fragrance, tender as dew; the tightly curled, downy buds open in hot water to a fresh, sweet chestnut note; the empty cup left sweet and clean, its fragrance soft.

TASTETaste

Fresh, tender, and brisk, with a gentle returning sweetness; the liquor silky and smooth, its fresh sweetness carrying a hint of warmth from the pan — the first cup of green tea should be this tender.
