First Pick Pre-order · Pre-Qingming Shifeng Longjing, First Pick Supreme, 250g Gift Box

Fresh and brisk with sweetness; liquor a tender, bright green.

Shifeng is the core growing area of Longjing; the pre-Qingming first pick takes only one bud with one initial leaf. Bean-blossom fragrance clean and fresh, liquor a tender, bright green, and within the freshness a thread of returning sweetness. When it comes to spring, no one understands it better than Hangzhou.

AROMAAroma

Clean bean-blossom fragrance, the air of pre-Qingming rising to meet you; the Shifeng terroir gives the scent a deeper base, warm aromas fresh and lively with sweetness; a sweet bean-blossom note left in the empty cup.

TASTETaste

Fresh and brisk with sweetness, liquor a tender, bright green; one bud and one initial leaf, freshness carrying a thread of returning sweetness — when it comes to spring, no one understands it better than Hangzhou.

SPECIFICATION

Tea
Green tea · 250g gift box
Format
250g gift box
Region
Shifeng Mountain, Hangzhou, Zhejiang
Craft
Traditional pan-firing craft — flat, slender leaves of tender green; high heat locks in the pre-Qingming freshness.
Water
85–90°C; never pour boiling water directly on the tender buds
Brewing
Glass or white porcelain gaiwan, 3g of tea. Water at 85–90°C (let boiling water rest about a minute with the lid off); water first, then tea. Wait for the buds to unfurl — ready in one to two minutes; refill when one third remains, fresh and brisk, without bitterness.

CARE

Current-season tea, sealed in a light-proof foil-lined pouch; store at room temperature away from light. Once opened, finish within 30 days to keep its freshness.
