TASTING
Florals light and lifted, with the breath of the hills.

A liquor with a spine, and a wildness that lingers.
Made from wild-grown Tongmu leaf: deep roots, dense substance, and beyond the florals an added note of wildness. A liquor with more backbone than garden tea, and a coolness at the throat after swallowing.
Florals light and lifted, carrying the breath of the hills; the scent of wild-grown leaf has more backbone, never cloying; beneath the flowers in the empty cup, the wild note hides.
A liquor with a spine, stronger than garden tea; florals steeped into the liquor, a coolness at the throat after swallowing; the wildness lingers — that is a wild tea's temperament.
