TASTING
Sweet aroma with floral-fruit notes, pure in character.

Sweet, mellow and full, the returning sweetness carrying the terroir.
Chigan is picked as one bud and two leaves: a fuller strip, sweet and mellow at its core, a body denser than Jinjunmei. The breath of the Tongmu terroir rises through the returning sweetness — the way Zhengshan is meant to taste.
A pure sweetness with floral-fruit notes; the one-bud, two-leaf strip holds the aroma steadier; the empty cup keeps a sweet, mellow scent.
Sweet and mellow with real body, denser than Jinjunmei; the returning sweetness lifts the terroir from the bottom of the throat; the way Zhengshan is meant to taste.
