TASTING
A fine, steady aroma; the sweetness carries on.

Delicate liquor, patient through infusions, a long sweetness.
Xiaoxitiao follows the traditional practice of sorting by leaf shape: fine, tightly rolled strips with the substance gathered within. The aroma is quiet but lasting, the liquor delicate, the leaf stands up to many infusions — one for the long run.
Fine and steady, the sweetness carrying on. The tight strip gathers the aroma so it holds instead of scattering; the empty cup keeps its fragrance long.
Delicate liquor, long sweetness. Unassuming, yet there in every infusion; it stands up to many rounds — one for the long run.
