THE STANDARD · Standards & Cold Chain
The standard is the steam's shelf life
Official designated recipes, central-kitchen production, our own refrigerated fleet, our own cold-chain warehouse, nationwide cold-chain delivery — from ingredient to serving, every step counts
Every piece, worthy of the one who waited for it
The egg has a source
the flavour has a road back
The first half of a tea egg's life is in the feed — Hubei Baiyou Ecological Agriculture sits inside the Shayang County hen farm estate in Jingmen: 300,000 hens on hand, 270,000+ quality eggs a day, antibiotic-free the whole cycle, zero drug residue in the eggs
- The sourceOrigin
Farming and sales run as one — raised and sold by the same hands, the source under control, traceable end to end. The egg stands first; only then does the tea speak.
- The feedFeed
Together with the patented mineral technology of Korea's SEM·BIO — natural calcium, magnesium and iron in the feed. Less of the barnyard note, a purer flavour, cholesterol better held in check.
- Food safetySafety
Salmonella suppressed, US FDA safety certification, third-party test reports kept on file — only what can be seen goes into the pot.
- Locked freshnessFreshness
Safe-to-eat-raw standard, refrigerated at 0—8℃, into the cold chain the moment they leave — from laying to pot, the temperature never breaks.
Note: egg-source information is provided by the supplier; a safe-to-eat-raw standard is not sterilisation — refrigerate and eat soon after opening; parameters follow the actual test reports and operations
From ingredient to serving
four lines written into the process
The standard is not written on a wall; it is written into the process of every batch — all four lines defined, nothing by feel, nothing by habit
- Raw materialsIngredients
Tea with a name; rice and flour in their own flavour — good ingredients are the first line of the standard.
- The recipesRecipes
Official designated recipes, developed and calibrated centrally — nothing by feel, nothing by habit.
- The craftCraft
Central-kitchen production: time, temperature and fire written into the process — every batch, the same.
- The servingServing
The same tea food, the same flavour — down to the set of five dipping dishes, one set everywhere, from the first store to every store.
From central kitchen to table
one unbroken temperature line
Central-kitchen output, nationwide cold-chain delivery, temperature controlled end to end — out of the cold store, into the shop, into the fridge; the temperature never breaks. Every piece you hold is in the same state as when it left the kitchen.
Our own vans
carrying our own temperature
MULAN TEA STORY's own refrigerated vans, side panels painted with the Mulan galloping mark — from warehouse door to store door, every load rides in our own vans, driven by our own people
- Refrigerated vansOwn Van
Side panels painted with the Mulan galloping mark — the one van you recognise at a glance.
- Temperature zonesTemperature
Frozen at -18℃ and chilled at 0—4℃, loaded by zone — the temperature locks as the van is loaded.
- Warehouse to storeDoor to Door
Direct from our own cold-chain warehouse to the store — no transfer, no change of van, no break in temperature.
- Records with the loadTracking
From leaving the warehouse to signed delivery, temperature and time on file — the same standard for store and home.
Note: the refrigerated fleet and the cold-chain warehouse are MULAN TEA STORY's own assets; temperature zones and operating parameters follow actual operations and in-store cold-chain running
From Hangzhou to the world
the same standard taste
The standard behind MULAN TEA STORY's stores and cold-chain supply — not a slogan; three locks
I
The central-kitchen standard
Official designated recipes, developed and calibrated centrally — nothing by feel, nothing by habit; every batch, the same recipe.
II
The cold chain, end to end
Our own fleet, our own cold-chain warehouse — one van all the way, no break in temperature; store and home arrive at the same standard.
III
The intelligent fire
Time, type and fire, all preset — the store depends on no master chef, the home on no cooking skill. The last piece of the standard.
Five cabinet models
only one temperature
The MULAN TEA STORY in-store cold line: from back-of-house storage to front-of-house display — the model written into the purchase order, the temperature zone into the SOP
