Tea Egg · MULAN TEA EGG

An Egg Steeped in the Mountain

MULAN TEA EGG · Da Hong Pao, whole leaf, slow fire

Whole Da Hong Pao leaves in the pot — never tea dust. The cracks are not flaws; they are doors the tea walks in through. The ingredient list is short: eggs, tea, water.

What It Takes · 看它憑什麼

Behind the signature item stands a chain you can see

The Da Hong Pao Tea Egg is the signature item of MULAN DIAN® — one pot a day, the flavour simmered in slowly. Its confidence is not a secret recipe; it is origin, craft and cleanliness, and every layer has a name.

I Origin
The tea has a name

The tea comes from Mulan's twenty home farms, whole leaves into the pot. Dust muddies the flavour; whole leaves keep it clean — the cracks on the shell are doors the tea walks in through.

II Craft
Simmered in by slow fire

A fast fire boils the egg; a slow fire simmers the flavour in. Fire and duration are written into the central kitchen's equipment — every batch, one pot of flavour.

III Clean
Three things withheld

No artificial flavouring, no colouring, no tea dust. The ingredient list is short: eggs, tea, water.

Five Flavours · 五味風譜
