Jiulongke is the gorge where the mother trees of Da Hong Pao have lived for generations — deep ravines in rock, mist that never lifts. Fresh leaves from the core growing site, finished with traditional charcoal roasting: an aroma quiet and contained, a liquor with body and bone.

Rock tea's restraint rests on two things: terroir and firing. This tea takes fresh leaf from Wuyi terroir and is finished slowly over traditional charcoal — hence an aroma composed and inward, a liquor mellow with backbone.
